If replacement is not possible, we will offer the customer a full refund but deduct GST and Shipping amount. Please mention your Order ID when you reach out to us. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please raise a Replacement or Exchange Request within 24 hours of receipt of the order by sending us an email at, and we will set things right. We can exchange fresh, unopened items, but the original packing should be intact for any exchange or return request. ![]() You should expect to receive your refund amount within one week of giving your product return however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. If you're not returning a fresh product, we wouldn't be able to refund for that item. ![]() Return and Refund: JSL Lights generally do not entertain any return from the customers, but we can accept a return from customers if they are returning it with a genuine reason like project closed, defective pieces and refund the entire amount of product deducting the GST and Shipping costs.
