![]() Thing I always forget so alot of other cmdrs may not do this is set throttle to fwd only vs full range And for external camera as well. It'll take a bit to learn to fly right-ish. Take a ship to a rock somewhere to experiment, especially with an srv. Dont be shy swapping different files until you find 'yea. I don't use vr, so it depends what works for you I looked for a set of bindings that had hats on throttle for vert thrusters, ui panel, targeting, rocker bar i use for fwd/rev thrust. Real basic for seeing if windows sees it, everything is centered/button test etc. Joy.cpl is (or should be) in windows, just hit win+r and type that in and it should pop up. Gremlim is seperate, i set a pretty small deadzone in elite and thats about it. You're welcome cmdr, probably going to add a t16 for combat myself. Plugged the 16m back in, checked it with joy.cpl and went back to my pew pew and rock hunting. I put more effort into it than I would have liked and then unplugged the dated thing (a ps2 interconnect cable? Really? The 80's are calling and want their cable back). Looks good, and maybe I could have gotten it all working in a really cool setup. A biig sorepoint for me was logitech and their crap/flakey drivers and programming software. Most of the analog dials on the x52 I found were pointless for me in elite. I just went back to the 16m from the x52 for a few reasons all the buttons, the layout, very ergonomic and even after a major bindings change easy to adapt to. The 16000m is on rails, the tension adjustable by a set screw, but lacks a detent at 75% which I found less natural for elite. So I have both firstly I suggest checking out other cmdrs bindings at Having said that: I found the x52 to be more fluid, esp the throttle.
